The Assistant's Roles:

Mornings 

1. Chai and Herbal Teas: The assistant prepares chai and herbal teas, ensuring a refreshing start to the day.

2. Water: The assistant fills the 20-liter copper water container with filtered water, providing healthy hydration for all employees.

3. Smoothie Station: The assistant prepares the smoothie bar, cutting fruits, creating smoothie balls with toppings, and offering both a pre-made "smoothie of the day" and customizable options for those who prefer to create their own.

4. Shop Management:

In addition to their morning tasks, the assistant also takes on the role of managing the shop, ensuring that it is well-stocked, organized, and ready to serve customers throughout the day. This includes maintaining inventory, handling sales transactions, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all visitors.

5. Brain Booster Drinks and Salad Bar:

The assistant prepares and sells brain booster drinks starting at 11:00 am, offering cacao, vanilla, and other variations of the walnut milk-based beverage with brain-boosting herbs, priced at €5.00 each.

6. He also manage the salad bar, washing and soaking fresh produce to ensure cleanliness, put everything in glass salad bowls and put the additional into separate sections for sale

7. Creating made-to-order salads packaged in jars for €5, including dressing, for those who wish to take their meal on-the-go.

 

Lunch Break and Afternoon Preparations:

During the lunch break, the assistant attends the shop, ready to serve customers who wish to purchase items. When the lunch break ends and employees return to work, the shop temporarily closes, allowing the assistant to shift his focus to preparing energy balls and herbal tea. These refreshments will be available at 3:00 pm, conveniently offered either before or after the scheduled meeting, ensuring that employees have access to energizing snacks and soothing beverages throughout the day.
