• Put drinks on tray basket outside building
• Rinse the soaked walnuts and fill with water anew for activating soak
• Wash fruits with filtered water & baking soda 
• Cut fruits for topping and for smoothies 
• Make 2 containers green smoothies: one chocolate and one fruits 
• Put coconut flakes topping (free)
• Put ready toppings in small bowls (0.50)
• Make chai > slow boil
• Put ready smoothie bowls 
• Put whole fruit in bowls 

9.00 am

• Break (10 minutes)

• Clean bowls
• Shop care time: unpack, place, price new items
• Prepare walnut mylkshake
• Make chocolate and vanilla milkshake version add brain booster herbs & Stevia (4,-)

• Serve & Sell vegan brain booster vegan milkshake 
• Clean jars

• Store care: dusting presentation create fruit baskets

• Soak salad in purified water with baking soda
