Participantsartive in jogging gear at 8 am we jog and perform grade a ( 2 reps or 2 sec) of circuit one

Upstairs drink the detox drink and read the office goals for the day 

Here I explaine the different time management techniques that we fused 

They write down the most important task 

And break it in small tasks

Then we drink chai and relax

Then we go trough all Deskercises they watch and do 2 reps each

Then they do the topping of ready standing super food bowls containing fruits Coco nut milk and Superfoods such as aroniaberry and spirulina then they add themselves the topping and we eat

After we watch a mindset video 

Time fir infused herbal teas
