The Swiss ball, also known as an exercise or stability ball, is a versatile fitness tool with numerous benefits, particularly for sit-ups and spinal support:
- Spinal support: The Swiss ball's unstable surface forces users to engage their core muscles, promoting proper posture and aligning the spine during exercises like sit-ups.
- Abdominal strengthening: Performing sit-ups on a Swiss ball increases the range of motion and targets the abdominal muscles more effectively than traditional floor sit-ups.
- Spinal stretching: The ball's unique shape allows users to gently stretch their spine and lower back, improving flexibility and reducing tension.
Incorporating Swiss ball exercises into one's fitness routine, such as in the Movement Room, can contribute to improved core strength, posture, and overall well-being.

The practice of drinking water from copper cups has a long-standing tradition in Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of medicine. Ayurveda emphasizes maintaining balance within the body and mind through various practices, including the use of copper vessels for storing and consuming water:
1. Ayurvedic tradition: Ayurvedic practitioners have long believed in the health benefits of drinking water from copper vessels, including improved digestion, boosted immunity, and balanced doshas (energies within the body).
2. Copper's role: Ayurveda recognizes copper's antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties, which contribute to its perceived health benefits.
3. Alkaline balance: According to Ayurveda, drinking water from copper cups helps maintain the body's pH balance, promoting overall health and well-being.
By incorporating copper cups for hydration in the Holistic Oasis Office, we honor this centuries-old Ayurvedic tradition while offering potential health benefits to employees.Drinking water from a copper cup has several potential benefits due to copper's properties and its role in the body:
1. Essential mineral: Copper is a trace mineral necessary for various physiological processes, such as bone growth, red blood cell formation, and maintaining a healthy immune system.
2. Antimicrobial properties: Copper has natural antimicrobial properties that can help eliminate harmful bacteria, ensuring the water remains clean and safe to drink.
3. Balancing pH levels: Copper can help alkalize water, which can potentially improve digestion and boost immunity by balancing the body's pH levels.
Using copper cups as a means of hydration can contribute to overall well-being by providing essential copper, promoting clean water, and supporting pH balance.
Incorporating hydration
throughout the day, not just after physical training, is essential for maintaining proper bodily functions and promoting overall health. While it's important to hydrate during and after exercise, consistent water intake is crucial for various reasons:
1. Cognitive function: Staying hydrated supports brain function, improving concentration, and preventing headaches.
2. Energy levels: Proper hydration helps maintain energy levels, reducing fatigue and increasing productivity.
3. Digestion: Regular water intake aids digestion and nutrient absorption, supporting a healthy gastrointestinal system.
Encouraging employees to hydrate consistently throughout the day in the Holistic Oasis Office, including during deep work sessions and relaxation time, ensures they can perform at their best and maintain optimal health.

A rebounder is a mini-trampoline
offering numerous health benefits in a low-impact exercise format:

2. Cardiovascular system: Gentle bouncing improves blood circulation and oxygenation, supporting heart health.
3. Joint health: Low-impact movements reduce pressure on joints, promoting joint health and reducing injury risk.
Incorporating rebounding into the Movement Room provides employees with a fun and effective way to enhance overall well-being.
