20 minutes learns invest read e books watch inspirational or trainings videos and so on 

 

Ritual see this as your holy hour write it down so it gives more discipline

Create a bedroom where it is stimulation free. No tv or other devices in bed.

Prep for a rich sleep. cup of chammomille tea.

Put alarm clock away from bed far, far away best in other room.

Where would I be without getting up early. I love the morning hurs. I go to bed very early and love that as well so much. 

I feel stronger, more focussed, energised, positive and so much more.
