Raw food cuisine

• Is a style of food preparation that involves using primarily uncooked, unprocessed, and prefers organic ingredients.
• This approach aims to preserve the natural enzymes and nutrients in food, as cooking can sometimes degrade or destroy these essential components.
• This way of eating promotes weight balance, increase energy levels, improve digestion, and even help prevent certain chronic diseases.

In the Holistic Oasis - Office concept we go for Raw food preparation that involves easy techniques: like chopping, blending, soaking, grating, dehydrating, and sprouting. 

**Intuitive eating**

 By allowing employees to assemble their own meals from pre-prepared ingredients, they will be encouraged to eat intuitively and listen to their bodies' needs and preferences.

This approach to office nutrition promotes autonomy, creativity, and a sense of community while also supporting overall health and well-being. 

The kitchen in Holistic Office Oasis will be a space that empowers employees to take control of their own nutrition while also providing them with the assistance and guidance they need to create healthy, delicious meals.

• Breakfast: Smoothie bowls: Employees will have their own personal blenders.  The assistant will pre-prepared big bowls with different fruits, avocados, coconutmilk, green leaves, and toppings, allowing employees to customize their own nutrient-packed smoothies.

• Vegan protein brain booster herbal drink
• Lunch: Salad bar: A variety of salad ingredients will be available in large bowls, enabling employees to create their own unique salads and add their choice of dressings and toppings, such as hummus.
• Water station

**Warm drinks** chai, slow quality coffee, golden milk, cacao drinks, carob walnut milkshakes, herbal tea´s, 

**Soup station**: Employees will be able to create their own soups using a selection of vegetables, avocados, and other healthy ingredients.

*=borosilicate glass is super heat- and cold resistant and also to chemicals. The boron in the glass makes it less soluble, preventing any unwanted materials from leaching into the glass, or the other way around. In terms of overall performance, borosilicate glass is far superior to regular glass.
